Rather than telling you who I am or what in the blue blazes I am about I have chosen to start with a page of what I see lacking in our “modern” society. I placed modern in quotes as their is no such thing as a modern society. Society is staid, predictable, and boring. It matters not from where or when you got here nothing has changed as concerns society since day one in the Garden. Except, that is, for sin. That occurred in the Garden and this is actually why we never get anything right that lasts. It is simply titled, “imperfection.”

Of course, you have to understand who and what Adam and Eve were but that is also verboten nowadays. If a thing is made by one who is perfect then what is made is also perfect. That leaves me out but I try to get along as best I am able. We are all far too serious about all the wrong things! Certain flaws come with being human beings but we tend to overlook this as we demand more of others than we do of ourselves. Is this a correct statement in your mind? If not, think on it a while. I have time and you can get back to me right here.

Humor is how I approach life, always have except Vietnam. I was sent there twice and not as a peace maker. I wear those two tours of duty like a scab on my face but am not ashamed that I served my country. What I managed to learn from those experiences have dictated my life since then. You have to laugh at yourself so that you can join in the laughter of those who know you. If you don’t you end up behind bars or dead, or just screwed up. Screwed up is one way to look at life but you will find you lack friends if you do.

What I will place here will not be acceptable to some. A for instance is that I like Trump immensely. I liked Biden and Obama not at all. I learned to like Clinton but with reservations and Regan shone through the fog of D.C. Still, I am apolitical and have no party. Instead I read Scripture and know pretty much what to expect from people in high places. There’s a lot of nonsense in high places which causes people to forget why they got elected. I accept repsonsibility only for those I love and who love me back. Don’t like me? Well, we’re pretty much shut until you come around. I am also not a “know it all.” I know what I know and will write of that here.

Hey, thank you for reading this! You have little time in your life so know that I am grateful you spent some time here. I consider your time valuable to you so I look at my reader’s with thanks on my jowls. You know what a jowl is, right?
